Swords Building Contractors

Building on Solid Foundations

Based in Swords, Co. Dublin, Swords Building Contractors is an Irish-owned construction company led by Peter Ashmore, a qualified stone mason and bricklayer with over 30 years of experience.

We specialise in extensions, renovations, new builds and conversions, offering a complete design-and-build service that’s as reliable as it is precise.

Our philosophy is simple — do it right, from the ground up.

That means clear communication, structural integrity, and a finish that speaks for itself. Every project we take on — whether it’s a family home extension, a full renovation, or a once-off new build — gets the same care and craftsmanship.

Our Services

🏡 Conversions

📐 In-House Architect
Our in-house architect provides design drawings and manages planning permissions for a seamless build process.

🏗️ New Builds
