About Us
Patrick O’Meara Architects Ltd is a County Tipperary-based architectural practice with over 20 years of industry experience, specialising in residential design. The practice creates bespoke living spaces tailored to each client’s individual lifestyle and preferences and serves clients across Tipperary, Kilkenny, Laois, Carlow, Waterford and Offaly.

In addition to architectural design, the firm provides comprehensive construction management services, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

The principal architect, Patrick J. O’Meara, is a Registered Architect with the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI). He was admitted to the Register of Architects in 2010 (RIAI Registration No. 10145). The practice has been listed on the RIAI Practice Directory since 2012 (RIAI Practice Membership No. 12013).

Qualifications held by Patrick J. O’Meara include:

• Master’s Degree in Architecture
• BA (Honours) Degree in Architecture
• RIAI Accreditation in Conservation Grade 3
• National Diploma in Architectural Technology
• Certificate in Construction Studies
