Built completely offsite in our purpose-built factory in county Meath, your brand-new pod will arrive fully constructed on the back of a lorry then craned into position.

We are builders and carpenters with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. Constructed indoors with no need for traditional concrete foundations our Pods are ready in 8 weeks no matter what the weather!

Each and every Pod built by The Pod Factory is bespoke, and tailor made to suit each client’s own specifications.  Each Pod is different than the last!  The Pod Factory set out to achieve high standards for our customers who said they wanted style and a modern quiet space, combined with the practical side of keeping you warm all year round.

Being eco-friendly and respectful of the earth’s resources is a priority for us which is why we have selected many modern building products that offer the latest in construction technology and in complete building systems.  Our Pods are insulated, keeping your heat from escaping and keeping your heating bills down too.

Our expert team has decades of experience in construction, carpentry, and modular building industries.  We pride ourselves as being one of Ireland’s leading modular home providers.

Our Opening hours are:

8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday.  9AM - 3PM Saturday.  Closed Sunday.
