Skylark Health is a health yoga and wellness retreat centre offering homeopathic consultations, yoga & meditation classes as well as workshops and specialised retreats.

We are located in an idyllic and unspoiled valley between Cuilcagh, Iron and Ben mountain in Co.Cavan, Ireland.

Homeopathy is a natural system of medicine that has been used in many countries for over 200 years. Homeopathic medicines are prepared from naturally occurring substances and help us to address the root cause of symptoms in order to overcome disease by stimulating the body’s natural healing abilities.
