Hi, my name is Orla. A passionate wellbeing therapist and healer.

It is my joy to witness my clients heal and transform, experiencing greater wellbeing, freedom and happiness.

I entered the world of healing and spirituality in 2003 and took to it like a fish to water. Finally life made sense! I was born for this!

Between 2003 -2009, my life went through it's first major shift as relationships, career, that which I considered important and pretty much everything changed! During this i cleansing for over 2 years non stop. It has since become part of this work and we offer a one month cleanse journey every April and October. Observing yourself breathing is a GOLDEN KEY to a happier and more FULFILLING LIFE, and is touched on in all the programmes, treatments and meditations offered here. It is also something we can practise for free anywhere and anytime.
