March 3, 2021 at 5:20 pmIf anyone is around the greystone’s or surrounding areas I would highly recommend Mark Kinsella funeral directors for a loved ones passing. From start to finish Mark was so understanding, professional and patient. Honestly it was such a lovely day for a send off for my Grandad.
For me it was the little touches that made Grandad’s send off so special. For his memorial cards they had added a family picture on the back of it which was such a lovely touch. Two days before the funeral he came to the house to discuss all the details. He was so patient with all the family and he really listened to what my family wanted for Grandad’s funeral. He was very open to suggestions and kept the family in all the details.
The day of grandad’s funeral it was like walking on a cloud. They waited until our family was ready to go. He let us walk behind the herse in our own time and then the car took us to the church. Mark and his team were so professional and patient with us. What made the morning so special was they took my grandads old walking route with his son along the harbour and beach. It was a surprise to us and it really was so special to us and it was a lovely added extra touch.
The way everything was planned out was so special and the unique little touches. With COVID-19 everyone was apprehensive about how everything would pan out with the restrictions but for the morning of the funeral and burial everything went so smooth and we felt like we were all walking on a cloud that day.
We honestly can’t thank Mark and his team enough for everything he did and all the little added touches for my grandad’s send off. Couldn’t recommend Mark Kinsella Funeral directors enough.
