Edelle O’Doherty-Nickels BSc PGDip Reg NT is founder and director. Edelle is a Registered Nutritional Therapist, graduating with Distinction. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics and an Honours Degree in Chemistry from Trinity College, Dublin.
