K2Alpacas are based in Wicklow the garden county of Ireland, just 40 mins from Dublin’s City Centre and 50mins from Dublin Airport. We are centrally located to all the major attractions in Wicklow, including many scenic walks and bike trails. If on foot public transport will bring you to Newtownmountkennedy and we are a short taxi ride from there. Our farm has an abundance of wildlife, our self-catering cottages are modern yet retain the farms original character.

Alpaca Farm Gift Shop
Our farm shop is wonderland of alpaca. All our genuine alpaca handcrafted items are made for us by Viki and her family who live high up in the Andes in rural Peru where alpacas abound. No two items are the same. Feel the amazingly soft hand made Teddies, Alpacas and other ‘fluffies’. Alpaca slippers are very light but amazingly warm. Alpacas natural thermal properties will keep you toastie.

Stay & Play Self-catering Cottages
Our 7 self-catering cottages can cater for 26 people and they are modern yet retain the farm’s original character. We love blending the old with the new. You will receive a very warm welcome if you stay with us.

Wedding Services
Planning a hen party or wedding with a difference. Have Alpacas at your wedding or hen party. Our Alpaca experiences are unique and enjoyable that will leave you with memories that will last forever

Therapeutic Services
Alpacas are particularly suitable as therapeutic animals. At K2Alpacas, we offer multiple Alpaca Therapy packages. We love our Alpaca therapy work and are constantly amazed at the results. The alpacas have a sixth sense which is evident by they way they react to different people and situations. Working with alpacas has proven to improve both mental health and physical health. We have experience with working with children with Autism and ADHD. We work with children and adults with special needs and those suffering from Stress and Anxiety.

We had an incredible experience at K2Alpacas! We booked a one-on-one experience and loved getting a chance to feed and meet all the alpacas. Tom was incredibly insightful and kind during our visit, he had so many interesting facts about alpacas and truly knew each one personally as he was able to describe each personality as well as the history of each animal. We booked K2Alpacas for our wedding in June and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made for our day. They were one of the highlights of our wedding and our guests could not get over how amazing it was to have Ted and Eoghan there. Joe the handler was a pleasure to deal with and made organising everything so simple and easy.
