Established over 40 years ago, John Gaynor & Co Solicitors LLP is long established in the Dublin 8 area, the firm consists of John Gaynor our managing partner, and David O’Dowd equity partner along with their associates and trainees.

As a general practice firm, we operate in all areas of law (except criminal), with particular strengths in property transactions, probate, and civil litigation. John has extensive experience in conveyancing, handling all types of transactions including those in receivership, or subject to contentious contract terms, with a particular interest in property development / property developers, leases and licensing. David has an established practice involving complex commercial conveyancing. We have a large probate practice. Estate administration is one of John’s main areas of practice.
