WELCOME TO JG ELITE GYM

JG Elite has been opened since 2015. Owned and managed by qualified Sport Scientists. It is a community based, free weight gym.

We offer a range of classes, personal training, team training as well as a comprehensive range of services providing a quality holistic experience for all members.

We specialise in 60+ fitness where the goals change from performance based and aesthetic to functional and pain free. We strive to provide a service where every person’s goal will lead to a positive result.

JGElite is a newly opened Gym facility in Athlone. We offer; Personal and Team Training Sessions, Group Classes for all fitness levels.

I believe the ethos of a gym is created by its owner. John and his team have created a welcoming non judgemental friendly amosphere where every fitness level and age are welcomed. I've attended JG Elite on and off for years and that atmosphere has never changed. I know when I go back and put the work in I'll see results with John's help along the way.
