The Golden Health Store is located in the centre of Longford town. We stock everything you would expect us to and much more! We have been servicing the health needs of Longford and it’s surrounds since 2006.

Our mission is to empower our customers in making the right health choices that supports their overall health positively.

We stock a fantastic selection of organic wholefoods, everything from nuts, beans & grains to pastas, sauces & spreads. Our fridge & freezer are choc-a-bloc with chilled & frozen goodies. Veggie & Vegan foods from the most popular brands such as Coyo, Booja Booja, Nobo, Frys, Violife, Clearspot, Sojade, Follow Your Heart, Delamare and Kefi.

If you are looking after your inner health, then the next step is natural skincare! We believe in stocking the best clean, green body-care, such as Weleda, Benecos, Kinvara, Sukin, Lavera, Trilogy, Dr Bronner’s, Beauty Oils, Natracare, Organii, Salcura & eco-friendly household products such as Sodasan, EcoLeaf, Ecozone, Attitude and Palm Free Irish Soaps.

Optimum Nutrition is our main Sport's brand for Serious Mass & Whey. We also stock Sunwarrior, Pulsin & Spirutein proteins.

Our plant based proteins are Nu Zest, Plantforce, Sunwarrior, Spirutein and Pulsin. Our staff are friendly, knowledgeable & always here to help. We have 3 Nutritional Therapists on board who are happy to offer you advice on dietary changes, supplements, herbal remedies and general health.

We are also a member of the HSI (Health Stores Ireland).
