East Coast Attic Stairs is a family run business based in Drogheda Co.Louth. We established our company in 2015 and formerly trading as IV Roofing and property maintenance.

We decided to rebrand our company in 2021, the idea behind this was to promote our attic stairs company. We have been installing attic ladders throughout the East coast of Ireland for the past 6 years, gaining experience and expertise in this line of work. This gave us an advantage to work with lots of different brands of attic stairs, so we could determine which one is best for our customers, best value and energy efficiency. We are always here to assist, suggest and recommend the best available solutions.

We have one of the largest range of attic ladders in the Leinster area to suit most of our customer’s needs. We install attic flooring also together with attic ladder because we believe that it adds safety for every homeowner to be able to access attic space.
