An award-winning member of the Associated Craft Butchers of Ireland (ACBI), Barry John Crowe's loyal customers (and the ACBI judges) especially like his sausages. Traditional with a modern twist, they have the high meat content that is essential for a good sausage that will cook well without shrinkage - and they taste as good as they look and smell.
