I am a Reiki Practitioner registered with the Reiki Federation of Ireland and the International Association of Therapists. I live and practise in Castlebar, County Mayo.

Reiki is a form of energy healing that has been practised for about 2,500 years and aims to treat physical illnesses in a holistic manner, using the body’s own healing power to achieve improved health and wellness. It can be used as a complementary therapy alongside medical treatment – it has no averse effects and does not interfere with prescribed medication or treatments like chemotherapy, radiation or dialysis. It aids relaxation, reduction of stress and anxiety, and improves the overall health of the immune system.

In my treatment room, I offer Reiki sessions, EFT sessions, Coaching – or a mixture of all three, depending on your own requirements. I run regular EFT and Journalling workshops and Cacao Ceremonies.
